Did you watch the L.A. Marathon this past weekend? We did. We also knew a few people who ran and it made us wonder — could we run a marathon? Here at Start R.I.G.H.T.,

Free Yoga Class for Challenge Members this weekend!

Never tried yoga before? Now is the time! Lauren Matthies, MS, RYT  Registered Yoga Teacher, Fitness Instructor, and Wellness Coach, is designing and holding a class just for Start R.I.G.H.T. participants! How cool is that?

Lauren owns Reveille studio downtown, and has a unique and inviting philosophy for her studio. On her website, she says, “Reveille is a caring, warm fitness studio created to nourish the mind, body, and spirit of all people. We view ourselves as partners and friends with our clients,community, and environment. We aim to change people’s lives and help everyone with whom we interact become the best version of his or herself.”
